ROLE DESCRIPTION
As Account Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member for Lawrence Biggerstaff - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide information about insurance products and services
- Assist customers with policy applications and renewals
- Handle customer inquiries and provide timely, accurate responses
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask
- Experience in customer service or sales preferred
- All associates must have an active insurance producer license or be willing to earn your producer license before starting
